Pas op met frauduleuse email over geld erfenis uit het buitenland

Pas op voor emails uit Malaysia: Ik kreeg een email uit Malaysia van Chong Chee Hua: chongchua51@sapo.pt waarschijnlijk dat ze emals van Linkedin aan het verzamelen zijn. Met de volgende tekst: With due maximum respect, I crave your indulgence knowing that this proposal will be a surprise to you. My name is Chong Chee Hua, an Attorney at law. A deceased client of mine (Damian van), who hereinafter shall be referred to as my client died as a result of heart-related condition on the 11th February, 2009. I have contacted you to assist in distributing the money left behind by my late client to escape confiscation by the bank in which the Fifteen Million, Seven Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand United States Dollars [USD$15,725,000.00: is deposited. The bank in which this huge amount is lodged has issued me a notice to contact the next-of-kin to this funds otherwise the account will be confiscated. My proposition to you is to seek your consent to present you as the Next-of-kin and beneficiary of my above named client. Besides, you have the same last name as my late client, the proceeds of this account can be paid to you. Then we can share the amount on mutual agreed percentages. Tja, dat soort mailtjes vind ik in mijn spambox vrijwel wekelijks in vele varianten. Als ik dat allemaal hier zou posten, kunnen we wel aan de gang blijven. Ik mag toch hopen dat niemand hier nog intrapt..... Freya

Sorry maar gelooft u nog in sprookjes dat de erfenissen zomaar bij u binnen komen zonder dat u wist dat er geen kans op is..Wees toch nuchter dat dit niet kan.

Klinkt goed, ik ga die Chong eens mailen. Dat is toch reuze aardig dat hij zijn miljoenen met iemand anders wil delen. Geloven jullie dan niet meer in het goede van de mens???

Nou, ik heb contact gehad met de heer Chong en raad eens? Hij heeft stomtoevallig ook een overleden client met mijn achernaam in zijn bestand en ook ik kan in aanmerking komen voor een miljoenenerfenis. Yippie!!! Er is wel een minpuntje, ik moet eerst $38.000 aan hem overmaken voor het in orde maken van de papieren. Kan ik me wel voorstellen, die man moet ook zijn geld verdienen, nietwaar? zijn er in nederland meer gevallen bekend van deze vorm van mensen benaderen?? En loopt elke kontakt uiteindelijk tot een punt waarbij je als "begunstigde" eerst duizenden euro's moet overmaken?? Ik heb namelijk onlangs ook een vergelijkbaar mailtje gekregen
