Heating Pump but charged verwarming (by VVE NL)

I hope you can help me.
I agreed with the landlord to settle the annual consumption of utilities as per actual annual consumption.
I received an overview from the landlord which includes the VVE NL bill and there is mention of verwarming (heating).
Verwarming costs include variable energiekosten 65% which is 0, overige kosten A, vaste energiekosten 35%, overige kosten D and ISTA price (which I understand).
The thing is that I don't use central heating like all other households in the building. Instead, I am using a heat pump which is on electricity.
As electricity consumption is going through the energy provider I want to know do I need to pay heating costs. In my apartment, there are no gas pipes, radiators or gas meters at all.
