Ik heb in begin januari bij amazon een telefoon gekocht. Deze telefoon bleek bij aankomst defect, dus die ging retour. Ik liet mijn tegoed bijschrijven op mijn amazon account, het plan om een nieuwe telefoon kopen bleef staan. Intussen heb ik bij amazon een poef besteld en betaald uit mijn tegoed die ik bij amazon had staan.Nu wilik wil mijn telefoon in een reguliere winkel kopen. Dus ik vraag amazon om mijn tegoed naar mijn bank rekening over te schrijven. Ik krijg vandaag een mail van amazon:
