Hoi,I am sorry to write in English, I understand Dutch but my written language is quite bad.I am desperate with a process of number porting (nummerbehoud) and I don’t know what to do to solve it.So... what happened?- Last March I signed a 2-years mobile phone contract with Telfort.- I filled a form online to port my old number from Debitel “Tok Toe Mie” into Telfort.- Nothing happened and weeks later I phoned Telfort. I gave again all data and waited around 10 days. Porting the number was denied, according to Telfort, by Debitel, saying that the line did not exist.- I gave the data again, waited 10 days, phoned, having it denied. I topped up the credit of the Debitel prepaid number with 10 euros to be sure.- And, again, I gave the data, waited 10 days, phoned, having it denied. This time Telfort said that Debitel recognized that the line existed but was not active.- And again.- And again.- And again.I’ve been on the phone (Telfort customer service: 30 cents per minute, multiplied by many minutes) with a lot of different employees. They don’t know anything. They ask me again and again to give them exactly the same data they already have, knowing that the process doesn’t work.I’ve also been on the phone with the customer service of Debitel. They say that it was never requested by Telfort to port my number and they confirm that my line does have credit and is valid until April 2010.I also wrote a letter to Telfort with a photocopy of my Debitel SIM card, proving that the numbers I give every time are right, but the answer never arrived.I’ve just phoned Telfort again, saying that I’m sick and tired of them after 3 months being unsuccessful with porting the number paying huge bills because of their customer service, walking with 2 SIM cards (one to phone and the other one to receive phone calls) and the only thing they do is asking for the same data AGAIN.Any ideas? I would like to have some advice because I feel hopeless.Thank you in advance.Greetings,Miq
