Meer mensen slechte ervaringen met Mac Service Rotterdam?

Zijn er meer mensen met ervaringen als deze bij Mac Service Rotterdam (010mac)?

Ik had een batterij laten vervangen bij dit bedrijf. In eerste instantie was de service erg vriendelijk en had ik er veel vertrouwen in. Na een tijdje ging de batterij echter kuren vertonen (werd niet meer herkend, was opeens op 0%). Het bleek uiteindelijk dat het stekkertje niet goed door hem was aangesloten. Dit had simpel opgelost kunnen worden, maar ik kreeg een tirade over me heen die absoluut niet te accepteren was. Er was een probleem dat ik een charger had die blijkbaar niet origineel was (dat wist ik niet), maar dat had niks te maken met dit specifieke probleem. Om een idee te geven van zijn stijl van communicatie kun je hieronder het gesprek zien. Hieruit kun je zelf je conclusies trekken.

Ik zou zeggen kijk lekker verder en zoek een betrouwbaar bedrijf die ook zijn garantie nakomt als dat nodig is. Wees gewaarschuwd.

This week during work my computer suddenly went dead and after restarting it showed the battery to have 0% charge, while it was fully charged just a few seconds before. Then it worked again, but now it just went dead again and now it says 'no battery installed' after restarting. As soon as the power connector is taken off the computer stops working directly :( I already did a SMC reset, but that doesn't help. What to do?

[21:11, 28-9-2018] Me: I'll make work of this for sure... this is not how you should do this. You could have just said I'll check the battery and then we could have seen what's the cause. I didn't say anything wrong I think to you. I just asked what could be the cause... This is now how you treat customers in my opinion.
[21:13, 28-9-2018] Me: I'll have the battery checked at my school, that's not so hard and if it's not working I want my money back. It's a simple as that. It's up to you to prove that I did something wrong, not the other way around.
[09:16, 1-10-2018] Me: I wanted to come back to this for a moment. We opened up the laptop at school and checked the battery and it showed that the battery connector was not properly attached. The small safety pal in the connector did not click in, so basically the battery was sometimes disconnecting because the connector got loose. So maybe before being angry and saying these kind of things it would have been nice to check your own work, because this was a mistake from your side unfortunately. I'm not angry or pissed or whatever, and I truly believe in your apple knowledge, so please respond a bit more careful next time. And that's meant as a positive advice...
